→ Full refund of the amount paid (excluding payment processing fees if applicable).

→ 50% refund of the total booking amount on some programs.
* Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity or no-show
→ No refund.
These timeframes are required because local operators reserve transportation, guides, and permits in advance.

If a tour is cancelled due to:
* Weather conditions
* Safety concerns
* Government restrictions
* Operational issues beyond control
Customers will be offered:
* Rescheduling to another available date, or
* Full refund.
